About the role
Cotality is seeking an experienced, high-touch Technical Services Professional to deliver elite executive support, manage advanced conference room technology, and drive seamless office operations at our Irving, TX campus. In this role, you will act as the primary technical face of IT for our executive leadership team and VIP guests, ensuring their day-to-day productivity is seamless and high-profile meetings run flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, high-touch technical support for C-level executives and designated VIP staff in Irving, ensuring their productivity and endpoints are never interrupted.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize high-tech Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) running on Neat, Crestron, and Lenovo hardware. Ensure seamless audio/visual connectivity for executive presentations and meeting spaces.
- Resolve complex, multi-tiered end-user technology issues across Windows and macOS endpoints, including printing infrastructure utilizing PaperCut.
- Maintain a secure, high-performing endpoint fleet using enterprise tools such as Jamf (macOS), Intune (Windows), CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and BeyondTrust.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical desktop support, with a proven track record of delivering "white-glove" support in VIP, executive, or high-touch business environments.
- Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and conference room AV hardware (Neat, Crestron, Lenovo).
- Proficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management tools (Jamf for macOS, Intune for Windows), and security/network access tools (CrowdStrike, Zscaler, BeyondTrust).
- Deep expertise in general desktop support, enterprise technology troubleshooting, and print management services (e.g., PaperCut).
- Experience utilizing ticketing platforms like Atlassian Jira for logging support interactions and maintaining high-quality service records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; however, equivalent practical, hands-on experience is highly valued and accepted.
Pay
Annual pay range: 67,000 - 90,002 USD
