Responsibilities
- Lead the technical quality and solution design for customer engagements, focusing on agentic AI solutions
- Define and manage the technical vision and architecture for scalable systems on the the company platform
- Ensure safe delivery of agentic systems, implementing governance and real-time observability measures
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with Engagement and Solution Delivery Managers to align technical direction with project goals
- Mentor development teams to enhance technical capabilities across projects
- Drive the growth of the Professional Services team through thought leadership and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in software development, including 2 years in a technical leadership position
- Proven experience in web and mobile application development, solution design, and architecture, especially in.NET, SQL, and JavaScript
- Strong consulting skills with a focus on building relationships with enterprise stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions as a strategic thinker
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical AI solution building experience is a plus
