About the role

Ready to transform how the construction industry builds? As a key partner in our AECO segment, you will guide customers through the digital evolution of their estimating workflows, ensuring they achieve maximum value and productivity using Trimble’s cutting-edge B2W Estimate and its operational solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire implementation journey, serving as the strategic partner for clients from initial kickoff to successful software adoption.
  • Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble’s powerful estimating tools with specific client business objectives.
  • Mastermind technical software setups and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between B2W platforms and third-party applications.
  • Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong background in civil construction, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy professional comfortable using CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.
  • Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with Trimble B2W platform.
  • Experience documenting software enhancements and navigating product development lifecycles.

Pay

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
