Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product backlog strategy, prioritizing high-value feature releases that maximize customer and business value.
- Partner with cross-functional development, design, and business teams to translate complex user needs into actionable user stories and sprint plans.
- Direct hands-on technical initiatives, optimizing SQL processes, JavaScript integrations, and client database frameworks to enhance software capabilities.
- Spearhead customer requirements definition and lead interactive client training sessions to ensure continuous feedback and optimal adoption.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and release management pipelines to ensure seamless, high-quality solution delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience operating as a consulting professional or in a closely aligned role.
- Strong hands-on background working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated technical capability with SQL scripting, database management, and basic JavaScript integration concepts.
- Proven capability to gather customer requirements, define clear acceptance criteria, and conduct data-driven business analysis.
- Exceptional collaborative communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Bonus Points
- Industry experience across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO).
- Familiarity with Trimble software products and ecosystem solutions.
- Recognized Scrum certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range: $85,900.00–$118,100.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary
