Professional Services Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of enterprise security solutions. You will partner closely with client IT and security teams to guide deployments, prepare for change management, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively in complex environments. The position also involves scripting, troubleshooting, and sharing best practices that help customers realize more value from the platform. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor for client integration of the company's platform Manage deployments and upgrades of the company's platform Conduct technical reviews and prepare for deployment changes Develop API scripts for service enhancement Document best practices and optimize platform use Collaborate with IT Security teams on related initiatives Monitor and troubleshoot platform deployments Qualifications 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience Proficient in Linux and Windows Server environments Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI Familiarity with container architectures such as Kubernetes Skilled in automation and scripting tools like Bash and Python Solid grasp of networking concepts and application security controls Excellent client-facing and communication skills Benefits Remote work flexibility within the USA Opportunity for training and knowledge development at HQ Collaborative team environment Exposure to cutting-edge technology and security practices Supportive culture for continuous learning and skill enhancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
