Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - Winston-Salem, NC

About the role

This senior sales role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes, strengthening market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan aligned with company sales strategies and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals ethically and within regulatory guidelines.
• Understand and apply targeting principles in sales efforts.
• Create detailed pre-call planning strategies for key targets.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
• Ensure high productivity in calls and field activities.
• Utilize information to craft specific strategies for territory prescribers.
• Leverage available materials to enhance physician awareness of company products.
• Provide timely and reliable responses to customer requests with accurate information.
• Engage in continuous learning about sales, communication, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience, or a combination of experience and education.
• Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a self-starter attitude.
• Must reside in the territory and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in English speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing.

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually.
