This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a life-sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with company sales strategies
• Conduct effective sales presentations targeting key customers
• Consistently meet quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical practices
• Apply targeting principles in sales approach
• Create pre-call strategies for key targets
• Build and nurture relationships with peers, customers, and company managers
• Maintain high levels of productivity in calls and fieldwork
• Collect data to craft tailored strategies for prescribers in the territory
• Utilize samples and literature to enhance physician awareness of products
• Respond promptly and reliably to customer inquiries
• Engage in continuous learning for sales, communication, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 1 year of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, or equivalent education/experience
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Proven skills in influence and negotiation
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be able to travel within the designated territory and have a valid Driver’s License
• Must reside in the territory geography

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually
