Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - Philadelphia, PA

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes, strengthening market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans aligned with the company sales strategies
• Conduct quality sales presentations for targeted customers
• Meet quarterly sales targets while following ethical practices
• Understand and apply targeting principles effectively
• Create strategies for key target pre-call planning
• Build and maintain relationships with peers and clients
• Ensure high call and field productivity levels
• Gather insights to tailor strategies for prescribers
• Utilize samples and literature to promote product awareness
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information
• Engage in continuous professional development in sales techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience or equivalent education
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Effective interpersonal and listening skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated with a driven approach to tasks
• Must be able to travel within the territory and have a valid Driver's License

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually
