Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - Harrisburg, PA

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan aligning with the company sales objectives for your territory
• Conduct impactful sales presentations tailored to targeted customers
• Achieve quarterly sales goals while ensuring compliance with ethical practices
• Understand targeting principles to effectively identify key customers
• Create pre-call planning strategies for engaging essential targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Maximize call and field productivity to drive sales performance
• Utilize feedback from various stakeholders to optimize sales strategies
• Leverage marketing materials to enhance product awareness among physicians
• Provide prompt and reliable responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation
• Excellent oral and written communication, with strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel within territory, including potential overnight stays
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually
