About the role

This senior sales role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes, strengthening market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory business plan aligned with company sales strategies.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations to target customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals while complying with ethical practices and regulations.
• Implement pre-call strategies for key account targeting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and company peers.
• Ensure high productivity in calls and field operations.
• Source and integrate feedback from healthcare professionals to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Self-starter attitude with strong motivational drive.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required.
• English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing is essential.

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually.
