Professional Route Driver - Non CDL

We are seeking dependable local delivery professionals in the Charlotte area. Ideal candidates are experienced with residential and commercial deliveries, comfortable operating a 26’ box truck, and skilled in handling items such as furniture, appliances, and medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operating a 26’ box truck with lift gate
• Light assembly (e.g., attaching table legs, unboxing appliances, staging items for customers)
• Touch freight handling on every stop with light assembly required
• Loading/Unloading with lift gate and pallet jack or dolly
• 15–20 delivery loads per day
• Providing customer-focused white glove delivery service
• Navigating in and out of businesses and homes

Requirements

• 12 months of verified box truck experience within the last 5 years (must be verifiable with previous employers)
• 1 year of verifiable experience operating a 26’ box truck in a commercial setting
• Must pass MVR and background standards
• Valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card
• Clean MVR and safety record
• Consistent work history
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Prior moving or white glove delivery experience preferred
• Able to handle freight and navigate residential environments

Skills

Pay

$23 hourly with overtime after 40 hours.

Schedule

7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays).
