Pay

$23.25/hour based on verifiable driving experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday. Choose between 8:00 AM–finish or 10:00 AM–finish. Paid holidays off; no weekends.

Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful, family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 branches nationwide. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded Route Driver.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Good physical condition: capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, down ramps, and walkways
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 1 year of prior box-truck experience

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck to transport products, goods, and materials between distribution facilities and route stops
• Observe and obey all traffic signs, laws, and road conditions
• Deliver prompt, accurate service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluids, tire pressure, tire condition, road-worthiness) to meet DOT requirements
