About the role
The ideal candidate will be a safety-conscious individual with a self-motivated, proactive attitude, eager to contribute to a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Operate non-CDL rear-load truck to service residential customers in local neighborhoods, sites, and special events.
- Read and follow route sheets, performing daily pre and post-trip inspections.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, bending, and moving up to 25 pounds.
- Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift and dispose of refuse at designated facilities.
- Provide courteous service to customers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a satisfactory driving record.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Comfortable with physical labor.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays starting at approximately 6:00 AM.
Qualifications
