Non CDL Route Driver

About the role

We have an immediate need for Non-CDL Route Drivers at our hauling company in Ramsey, MN. $7,000 stay on bonus! SAFE Drivers interested in secure, steady employment in a family atmosphere are encouraged to apply. We can help the right person obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Follow safe operating practices.
• Learn and use interpersonal skills for good customer service.
• Read, write, and comprehend reports to complete daily assignments.

Requirements

• Willing to obtain a Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement.
• Ability to work 50‑60 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (no Sundays).
• Physically able to get in and out of the truck multiple times while on route.

Pay

$24‑26 per hour (DOE) plus a $7,000 stay‑on bonus.

Monday‑Friday, 50‑60 hours per week; no Sunday work.
