Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and executives across Trillium Living companies, aligning recruitment strategies with resident care delivery, staffing models, and workforce plans.
• Consult on role requirements, hiring priorities, recruitment timelines, and market conditions to support informed hiring decisions.
• Guide leaders through competency-based interviewing, structured selection processes, and offer decisions to ensure best-fit clinical hires.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment for open positions.
• Source, screen, interview candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Assist with internal transfers of employees to open positions.
• Build talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions.
• Extend employment offers and support onboarding activities.
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce agencies, social media campaigns, and employer branding efforts.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and hiring managers.
• Assist the HR Generalist with employee inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health care, human resources, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years healthcare recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Devoted team player who is tech-savvy; social media skills are highly valued.
• Experience with recruiting for professional positions, especially in the health care setting.
• Ability to manage confidential issues with professional discretion.
