Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- The availability to work full-time, hybrid in Schenectady, NY.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio, or process improvement activities.
- Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, and project portfolio management tools.
- Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Your key responsibilities
- Administer and support the enhancement of the project portfolio management tool (Clarity).
- Supports the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices across MVP Health Care.
- Owns and maintains defined PMO processes, standards, and artifacts, and supports portfolio visibility, and tool enablement activities.
- Works closely with the PMO Lead, this role enables disciplined execution and transparency while exercising independent judgment within established frameworks.
- Partners closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure PMO processes are consistently applied, data is accurate and reliable, and tools are effectively used to support decision-making.
- Contributes to continuous improvement through incremental, practical enhancements to PMO processes and reporting.

Pay Transparency
MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles. Specific employment offers and associated compensation will be extended individually based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location; relevant experience, education, and training; and the nature of and demand for the role. $69,383.00-$92,279.00
