PMO Support Quality Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform root cause analysis of quality issues using advanced problem-solving tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments, etc.).Recommend and implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions.Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators.Manage engineering changes with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution.Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process change before full implementation.Act as the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents.Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics and provide creative thinking to data analysis.Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.Establish partnerships both internally and externally.Influence without direct authority and demonstrate commitment to delivering a premier product to the consumer.Represent the Voice of the Customer to the platform teams and contribute to team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdles.Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering results and champion achievements.
