What You’ll Do
You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery
- Technical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations
- Team Development: Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations
- Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance
This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.
What You Bring
- Licensed Land Surveyor (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)
- At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight
- Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset

Pay Range
$100,000 - $145,000 USD
