Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for Professional Liability Attorneys in our Sacramento office. This position could be a Remote (Work From Home) opportunity. This position is open to near entry level attorneys with some litigation experience. The ideal candidates will have at least two to four years’ experience specializing in medical malpractice and professional liability matters. You will be trained to defend complex healthcare facilities matters with high exposure and work with a collaborative national team of talented litigators. You will work under the direction of an experienced leader and trial attorney who represents clients nationwide, and has experience in other fields including construction, transportation, cargo, tort and product liability, intellectual property, elder abuse, medical malpractice, residential and commercial real estate matters, and cyber-liability matters.

• Driven team player with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess strong academic background
• Proven skills in research
• Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Licensed in California

Pay

The firm's current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
