Responsibilities

• Handle matters from inception through resolution
• Manage depositions, motions, discovery, and court appearances

Requirements

• 3+ years of defense litigation experience
• Professional liability and/or medical malpractice experience preferred
• Attorneys with experience in general liability, premises liability, catastrophic injury, or other complex insurance defense litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
