Professional Liability Associate

About the role

This position principally involves handling litigation matters, including trial or alternative dispute resolution, negotiations, experience involving actions before professional regulatory bodies, with a heavy emphasis on defending allegations of error or omission by design professionals, lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals and insurance specialists, among other professionals.

Requirements

• A working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure
• Experience handling depositions, hearings and reporting to insurance carriers
• Excellent advocacy and writing skills
