About the Opportunity
The Professional Learning Specialist supports educators in effectively implementing personalized learning products through professional development, training, and event facilitation. This role serves as a product expert and trusted partner to educators, school leaders, and district teams. The position contributes to stronger classroom instruction by delivering engaging learning experiences in virtual and in-person settings while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer adoption and growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a product expert and provide tailored implementation strategies to support educator success.
- Plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development sessions in collaboration with school and district leaders.
- Travel to facilitate in-person training sessions, with up to 60% travel during peak seasons.
- Organize, host, and present at regional live events in coordination with the Events team.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support schools participating in product pilots.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to strengthen, manage, and grow customer relationships.
- Adapt professional learning experiences to meet the needs of different educators, schools, and districts.
- Support effective product implementation and adoption through ongoing educator engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of K-12 teaching experience; educational leadership experience is a plus.
- Experience delivering professional development to educators preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications and Zoom.
- Residence within reasonable proximity to a major airport due to travel requirements.
Pay
Base salary range of $72,000 to $85,000 per year, plus benefits.
