Professional Leadership Ed.D. Completion Coach

About the Role

The Completion Coach for the Professional Leadership Ed.D. will work with 10-15 students nominated by the Executive Director and their faculty advisors each semester (fall 2026 and spring 2027).

Responsibilities

• Generate individual progress benchmarks with students and advisors, including deadlines and deliverables, using the College of Education’s Action Plan Template.
• Provide individual monthly updates to each student, their advisor, and the Executive Director.
• Meet with individual students at least once per week to provide coaching support as they progress through their degree program.
• Conduct small-group meetings with students based on demonstrated areas of need.
• Liaise with the Executive Director and administrators as requested.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree (EdD, PhD, or equivalent, e.g., AuD).
