- Coaching and mentoring on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management
- Helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, AI automation, and team AI upskilling
Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership or management experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges.
Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
