About the role

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as a Professional Lead Mover. This role involves safely loading, transporting, and unloading furniture and household goods while delivering excellent customer service. Movers must be physically fit, have great leadership skills to lead a team, enjoy hands-on work, and be team players.

Responsibilities

• Organizing moves from start to finish
• Leading a moving crew to perform at its highest efficiency while maintaining high morale
• Working with the customer directly to accommodate their needs, communicate thoroughly, handle payments/invoicing, and solve problems that may occur
• Communicating directly with the back office
• Driving a 26-foot commercial box truck
• Understanding DOT regulations
• Keeping track of equipment and inventory

Requirements

• Physical strength and stamina – must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly
• Moving experience required (1 year)
• Age 21+
• Commercial driving experience (Large Vehicles > 10,000 lbs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
• Ability to commute to Hudson, WI 54016 (relocation preferred before starting work)

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour + tips

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Day shift
