About the role
Iron Mountain is seeking a Move & Pack Lead/Driver to join the Clutter team. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, offers affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide through cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive a team of 2–3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring the safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse, utilizing mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies by performing frequent quality audits and maintaining a high level of work quality in both the warehouse and customer residences.
Requirements
- Experience & Licensing: At least 21 years of age with a valid standard driver’s license and the ability to pass a required physical exam. Must have at least 2 years experience driving a straight truck in a city environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications.
- Physical Capability: Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Relevant Background: Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor or customer service environments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a required physical exam.
- At least 2 years experience driving a straight truck in a city environment.
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using mobile technology for logistics management.

Pay
The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $46,800.00 - $58,500.00 per year. An employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
Schedule
Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Operates 7 days a week with varying schedules depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required. Full-time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
