Professional House Cleaner

About the role

Housekeeping helps families who don’t have time to clean their own homes. With a career in house cleaning, you will bring them joy and relief, and reward yourself in the process. Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies
• Teamwork and great attitude, with a customer service focus, good work ethic, and being a great team member

If you’re a Team Lead, you will also be responsible for managing the team’s schedule, driving safely, and interacting with customers as needed.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Valid US driver's license
• Able to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)

Benefits and Pay

Earn $12.50 to $22.00 an hour depending on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. You will also receive direct deposit, paid holidays (eligible after 90 days of onboarding), and paid time off (up to 5 days after 1st year). Additionally, you can earn tips and receive a performance bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays.
