Overview

A little about our Team On The Move (TOTM): Our team consists of various departments including Executive, Mission Delivery, Membership & Business Systems, Operations, Advancement, and Finance. Each department is led by a senior vice president and is responsible for different aspects of Girl Scouting.

Responsibilities

• Support mission delivery and girl-related programming
• Recruit and manage girl and adult members
• Oversee marketing and communications
• Manage retail sales and customer care
• Develop educational programming and community partnerships
• Run payroll and ensure financial compliance
• Provide professional development and recognition
• Offer health and wellness benefits
• Implement career development programs

Qualifications

• Experience in Girl Scouting or related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Girl Scout programs and initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Pay

The estimated salary range for the Recruitment and Marketing Specialist position is $45,920 per year.
