About the role

Ardurra is seeking a Tennessee-licensed Professional Geologist (PG) to join our expanding Environmental Services practice in Knoxville, Tennessee. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced geologist to play a key role in the growth of our environmental engineering and consulting services while working on challenging and rewarding projects throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. We are looking for a motivated professional with 5-10 years of experience who is passionate about environmental investigation, hydrogeology, remediation, and project delivery. The successful candidate will work alongside environmental engineers, scientists, and project managers to solve complex environmental challenges for industrial, commercial, municipal, and brownfield redevelopment clients. As a Professional Geologist with Ardurra, you will lead and support a wide variety of environmental and geotechnical projects throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. The successful candidate will have opportunities to manage Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, hydrogeologic investigations, CERCLA and RCRA site characterization projects, remediation programs, brownfield redevelopment initiatives, and geotechnical investigations supporting infrastructure and land development projects. This role provides the opportunity to apply geologic expertise to groundwater assessment, drilling oversight, soil and bedrock core logging, foundation evaluations, slope stability analyses, and remedial design while working closely with environmental engineers, geotechnical engineers, and regulatory agencies. This position provides significant opportunities for technical growth and leadership. The successful candidate will oversee drilling programs, log soil and bedrock core, interpret complex geologic conditions, develop conceptual site models, and work directly with clients and regulatory agencies to advance project objectives. Candidates with
