Professional Education Manager
About the role
Evolus (NASDAQ: EOLS) is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Professional Education Manager to join our Professional Education Marketing Team, reporting to the Executive Director of Professional Education. This role develops and executes professional education strategies that build healthcare provider (HCP) knowledge and confidence across the Evolus portfolio. You will partner cross-functionally to design curriculum, manage educational programs, engage faculty, measure program effectiveness, and ensure compliant execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute professional education programs
- Manage hands-on trainings, workshops, speaker programs, and advisory boards
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, and cross-functional teams
- Develop educational curriculum and digital learning content
- Manage faculty, vendors, budgets, and logistics
- Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support product portfolio with professional education strategies and launch execution
- Up to 50% travel
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of professional or medical education experience
- Experience in aesthetics or medical device
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Experience with LMS platforms
Pay
The expected pay range for this exempt position is $131,100 to $150,000. Actual base salary will be determined based on role-relevant knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and other factors.
