The Center for Early Childhood Professional Development (CECPD) is seeking Professional Development & Assessment Specialists to support statewide, in-person training and assessment for Oklahoma's early childhood workforce.

This field-based role delivers professional development, conducts program assessments, and provides on-site technical assistance to educators across diverse communities. Ideal candidates enjoy travel, relationship-based work, and meaningful, hands-on impact.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional development to educators across diverse communities.
  • Conduct program assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of early childhood education programs.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance to improve educational practices and outcomes.
  • Engage with educators from various backgrounds to build relationships and support their professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 24 months of experience related to the essential duties.
  • Equivalency/Substitution: 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.

Qualifications
