Professional Development & Assessment Specialist
The Center for Early Childhood Professional Development (CECPD) is seeking Professional Development & Assessment Specialists to support statewide, in-person training and assessment for Oklahoma's early childhood workforce.

Responsibilities
- Deliver professional development to educators across diverse communities.
- Conduct program assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of early childhood education programs.
- Provide on-site technical assistance to improve educational practices and outcomes.
- Engage with educators from various backgrounds to build relationships and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 24 months of experience related to the essential duties.
- Equivalency/Substitution: 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.

Qualifications
