About the role
The Professional Development Specialist works directly with the Professional Development Partner, Associate Director of Professional Development, and practice groups to support the firm’s non-partner lawyer review and development processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze review, compensation, bonus, utilization, and profitability data.
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Coordinate mentoring and firmwide development programs.
- Assist with external speakers and other professional development initiatives.
