About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and Professional, Client Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS products to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our SaaS products.
- System Configuration: Ensure the proper configuration and systems integrations are complete based on the client’s requests.
- Project Management: Support the implementation of SaaS solutions, implement project plans, maintain projects in ClickUp (project management tool), and ensure the project meets timelines and deliverables.
- Career Development: Coordinate enhancements and custom client requests, resolve issues to ensure project timelines are met.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the delivery process.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and work with the product development team to drive continuous improvement of our SaaS offerings.
- Cross Department Coordination: Coordinate enhancements and custom client requests, resolve issues to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementations, integrations or systems analyst experience is desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills with ability.
- Highly motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- If you have experience with XML, APIs, Postman and/or SQL, it is a plus.
- Understanding of SaaS products and implementation processes a plus.
- SmartFees product knowledge highly desired.
Pay
Annual Pay Range 67,000 - 87,360 USD
Schedule
The role is hybrid and requires 2 days in the office.
