About the role

The Professional, Client Account Services position at Cotality combines technical support and communication to clients utilizing Cotality products and technology solutions. It bridges the gap between client requests and internal product and engineering teams, requiring configuration of various Cotality applications.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge, translating complex client needs into actionable tasks for internal product and engineering teams.
  • Application Configuration: Get "under the hood" to configure and fine-tune Cotality applications to meet specific client workflows.
  • Strategic Communication: Manage expectations and deliver professional, clear updates on complex technical issues.
  • Problem Solving: Use critical thinking to diagnose and resolve issues, identifying necessary internal resources.
  • Engineering: Translate raw business needs from clients into precise technical specifications for developers and database admins.
  • End-to-End Troubleshooting: Own the "problem-to-resolution" pipeline, ensuring fixes meet performance and data integrity standards.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Perform ongoing configurations and updates to ensure software evolves with the client's business.
  • Technical Project Leadership: Lead application change projects using project management frameworks to track statuses, hit deadlines, and inform stakeholders.
  • Strategic Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical or timeline risks, creating mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central hub connecting Account Management, DBA, Product Development, and System Engineering to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in similar role.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in product implementation, technical or client support roles.
  • Required Experience: With SQL and/or programming language.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with real estate concepts.

Pay

Annual Pay Range: $55,900 - $75,000 USD
