The Professional, Client Account Services position at Cotality combines technical support and communication to clients utilizing Cotality products and technology solutions. The role acts as a bridge between client requests and internal teams, requiring configuration of Cotality applications.
Responsibilities
- Technical Liaison: Translate complex client needs into actionable tasks for internal product and engineering teams.
- Application Configuration: Configure and fine-tune Cotality applications to meet specific client workflows.
- Strategic Communication: Manage expectations and deliver professional, clear updates on complex technical issues.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying necessary internal resources.
- Engineering: Gather business needs from clients and convert them into technical specifications.
- End-to-End Troubleshooting: Own the issue-solving process, ensuring fixes meet performance and data integrity standards.
- Application Lifecycle Management: Perform ongoing configurations and updates to ensure software evolves with the client's business.
- Technical Project Leadership: Lead application change projects using project management frameworks.
- Strategic Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential technical or timeline risks.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central hub connecting Account Management, DBA, Product Development, and System Engineering.
Requirements
- Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in similar role.
- Experience: 1-3 years in product implementation, technical or client support roles.
- Required Experience: With SQL and/or programming language.
- Preferred: Familiarity with real estate concepts.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, including parsing client requests.
