Responsibilities
- Keep the gym clean, organized, and member-ready at all times
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas throughout your shift
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring areas
- Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces during peak hours
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness standards across the entire club
- Restock paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies
- Complete daily cleaning checklists with consistency and accountability
- Handle light maintenance such as minor repairs or touch-ups
- Identify and address cleanliness or safety issues immediately
Requirements
- Reliable and shows up on time every shift
- Comfortable working independently without supervision
- Able to stay active for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in clean environments
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, or overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Able to clean all areas of the club, including locker rooms and restrooms
Pay
- Hourly pay based on experience: $13 to $16 per hour
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
About the role
The role includes cleaning locker rooms and restrooms and may require early morning, late night, or overnight shifts. You will be on your feet for most of your shift and working independently.
