Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pack, sort, and inspect food products on the production line
- Palletize finished products according to company standards
- Prepare products for storage and shipment
- Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain production areas clean and organized
- Absorb general production and warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or palletizing experience (not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work overtime as needed
