Production Worker - Trimmer Raw Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

About the role

This position is responsible for trimming/cutting various cuts of meats using a hand knife or whiz-knife. Must be proficient in using hand knives and okay with wet and cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut various cuts of meats using hand knives or whiz-knife.
• Work in a USDA facility specializing in further processing of beef, chicken, and pork for retail and food service markets.
• Work Monday-Friday from 7:30 am until finished.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in using hand knives.
• Must be okay with working in wet and cold conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in meat cutting or similar field preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand knives.
• Ability to work in a USDA facility.
