Established in 2001, DSM operates a 30,000 square foot USDA raw plant and a 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art cook plant, processing beef, chicken, and pork for retail and food service markets.

About the Role

This position is responsible for trimming and cutting various meat cuts using hand knives or Whizard Knives. The role requires proficiency with hand knives and comfort working in wet and cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut various cuts of meat using hand knives or Whizard Knives.

Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.
• Must bring a valid state-issued ID or driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Pay

Starting pay: $15.75/hour.

$500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days of employment and $250 after 180 days of employment, limited time).

$1,500 referral bonus (offered once employed).

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM until finished.
