Production Worker - Day Smoke Line Cook Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

Direct Source Meats offers stability with long-term, full-time employment producing high-quality, specialty meat products. Established in 2001, our 30,000 sq. ft. USDA raw plant and 60,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art cook plant specialize in further processing beef, chicken, and pork for retail and food-service markets.

About the role

This position is responsible for basic food handling—preparing smoked meat items in accordance with process and quality standards—and loading racks with raw materials. Duties may also include basic machine operation, sanitation, documentation, and line setups/breakdowns.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or until finished.

Pay

Starting pay: $15/hr.
