Production Worker - Day Smoke Line Cook Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

About the role

Direct Source Meats is now hiring for our Smoke Line at the DSM cook plant. We offer stability with long-term, full-time employment, producing high quality, specialty meat products for customers. Established in 2001, our facilities include a 30,000 square foot USDA raw plant and a 60,000 square foot cook plant, specializing in the further processing of beef, chicken, and pork for retail and food service markets.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for basic food handling, preparing smoked meat items in accordance with process and quality standards, and loading racks with raw materials. Additional duties may include basic machine operation, sanitation, documentation, and setups/breakdowns for the line.

Requirements

Applicable candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00 pm or until finished.
