Production Worker (Foundry Worker - Weekend Nights Shift)

About the role
This position is responsible for deplating, dewaxing, and inspection/wrapping of molds for casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry.
Schedule
- Midnight Shift: Sunday night – Thursday night, 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM
- Weekend Nights Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 PM – 06:30 AM (with training on 1st shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay
- Midnight Shift: New hire starting hourly rate $21.58; after 12 months $23.92
- Weekend Nights Shift: New hire starting hourly rate $25.00; after 12 months $27.71
- Hourly shift premium for off-shift assignments

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing Arconic’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) value and policy statement
- Comply with all department, facility, corporate, and regulatory EHS regulations
- Wear all required personal protective equipment
- Report job-related illness, injuries, and safety/health/environmental concerns
- Attend all EHS training
- Remove molds from output dry tunnels, remove hardware from molds, and record mold weights
- Load and unload autoclave and continuous dewax oven
- Perform Core Reclaim operation in the Equiax Foundry as needed
- Perform mold wash, inspection, mold wrap, and boroscope operation
- Operate attendant equipment and transport materials/molds as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Clean and prepare hardware for wax assembly
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of molds processed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
- Ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Dover, NJ (no relocation offered)
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions; write and speak English
