Production Worker - Final Finish Cleaner/Caulker/Painter

About the role

Responsible for final finishing tasks including caulking, painting, and other related duties in residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply caulking and sealants to prevent water damage and improve insulation.
• Paint walls, trim, and furniture according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and caulking.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and environmental standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
