Finishing-Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Trimming Operator: Perform trimming operations to remove excess rubber and ensure proper appearance and balance of the tire.
• 2nd Inspection Operator: Conduct visual and physical inspection of tires for defects, quality adherence, and uniformity.
• X-ray Operator: Operate X-ray equipment to identify internal defects and ensure tire integrity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in tire manufacturing or a related field preferred.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them strictly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical fields is a plus.

Schedule

• High-paced manufacturing floor with rotating machinery.
