Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs machine set up
- Meet all customer specifications
- Process orders according to customer due dates
- Participate in scheduling the machine so it runs efficiently
- Perform operator PM’s every day to keep machines running at optimal levels
- Complete various documents
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Must be able to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must be quality oriented with strong attention to detail
Education And/Or Experience
- Previous wire/cable manufacturing experience preferred
- Similar experience considered
- Llean and 5S training preferred
Language Skills
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to verbally communicate in English

- Able to stand for 8 hours
- Able to lift 40 pounds
