What You'll Do (day-to-day)

You'll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include:

  • Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
  • Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
  • Operator: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
  • Sanitation: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. (Overnights 8:30pm-6am)
  • Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes. Roles you may rotate between: Packer / Pack-Off, Palletizer, Line or Room Production Support, Entry-level to experienced Operators.

Physical & work environment:

  • Standing for extended periods
  • Repetitive motions
  • Regular bending and twisting in some areas
  • Lifting varies by area (approximately 12-65 lbs)
  • Temperature variations (hot or cold depending on department)
  • Loud production environment and comfort working around food manufacturing processes
