About the role

Responsible for installing and maintaining flooring and plumbing systems in residential homes. Duties include measuring, cutting, and installing various types of flooring materials, as well as performing basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and installing fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install various types of flooring materials (hardwood, tile, vinyl)
• Perform basic plumbing tasks including fixing leaks, installing faucets, and replacing pipes
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience in home improvement or construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment for flooring and plumbing installations
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

$18.50 - $22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed.
