About the role

The Production Worker in the Shell Department at Champion Homes is responsible for setting wall panels in a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set wall panels according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during work hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with basic machinery operation.
