Production Worker- All Shifts

Responsibilities

• Assemble mattresses as outlined in established work instructions using a variety of pneumatic tools
• Including but not limited to the assembly of units on the machine; application of various, specified upholstered layers to open coil units; foam-encased pocketed coil units; application of specified upholstery layers; foam encasing and final mattress assembly

Requirements

• Must stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day or longer if overtime is required
• Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 50 pounds, multiple times per hour during an 8-hour shift or longer in overtime situations to meet customer demand

Pay

1st Shift: $20/hr; 2nd Shift: $21/hr. Overtime pay is paid at 1.5x your rate after 40 hours per week worked.

Schedule

1st Shift: 5:00am‑3:00pm Monday‑Friday (OT available); 2nd Shift: 4:00pm‑2:30am Monday‑Friday (OT available).
