Production Worker – 2nd Shift

Job Summary

As a Production Worker, you’ll play a vital role on our high-speed production line, working to ensure our products are packaged accurately and efficiently. You’ll help maintain the quality and consistency that McKee Foods is known for, supporting our mission to deliver delicious snacks to millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include: Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping, Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons, Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes, Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns
• Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Following production schedules and meeting production quotas
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems/software

• Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds on a regular basis (with or without an accommodation)

Pay

$19.22 / hour Plus $1.00 / hour shift premium for 2nd shift hours

Schedule

2nd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) (Other hours and days as needed)
